INTERNATIONAL (NON-USA) AUTHORITIES, BUSINESS OWNERS, NEIGHBORS, & “PUBLIC SAFETY” WORKERS / CIVILIANS: If you land on this page you likely had some form of interaction with me. Please review my story via the below links. No doubt you will be informed throughout my travels via passport- and financially-tied alerts that I am a threat to your tourists and native populations, deeply disturbed, and potentially engaged in International crime. This is simply not the case, and rather obviously so. Enjoy reading and I’m sure you will come to see, whether or not you agree entirely with my side of a story, that there are indeed two sides —- and that my purposes in traveling are entirely legitimate and normal, just like every other person entering your tourist districts. I have enjoyed relatively favorable treatment so far in my travels in Europe, and I hope to be able to say the same about your countries. Thank you in advance for allowing temporary reprieve from the American police and “homeland security” institutions’ castigation of my political dissent, and for your skepticism of America’s definition of a “threat.” I look forward to pouring discretionary money into your tourist economies and being treated as a welcome guest, rather than as Donald Trump’s definition of a “criminal,” “terrorist,” or “insane person.” Of note - pretty much all harassment I face is not necessarily by uniformed authorities, but rather civilian vigilantes who lean overwhelmingly “Right Wing,” and this takes place at each point where there are AI-enabled surveillance cameras - especially airports, transit stations, hotels, casinos, industrial areas like ports and bridges, retail stores, public parks, and of course, major tourist attractions. Pretty much anywhere that a paranoid American Right Wing government agent would consider a “terrorism or crime target.” Which in my experience means literally anywhere on Earth that I could possibly show my face, haha.

As far as I can tell, a relatively “grassroots” hunt begins after I’ve been detected in a new jurisdiction which is spearheaded often by those who are or know people in labor unions, with military or first responder backgrounds, and even rank-and-file healthcare workers (again, labor unions jumping off the page as a common trait). These people harass, stalk, and intimidate me excessively, akin to America’s tradition of “scab list” treatment. The idea seems to be to sully my reputation as quickly as humanly possible, and apply maximum pressure, immediately after I’ve arrived in a new place - to drive me out through hostile acts and attitudes, while simultaneously feeding lies to the gossip mill about “causing problems” and “disturbances,” effectively turning otherwise good people in the community against me. There is also a feeble pathetic attempt to convince receiving communities I’m a drug addict or potential vandalism / arson threat, which I hope my links on this page to my marathon races quickly casts massive doubt over. These people are far more prone to maliciously summon authorities under false pretenses, or for non-criminal acts involving protected speech and travel. Generally speaking, these people are angry little idiots and bigots who have taken to me as a scapegoat for their own problems, aided by unethical tracking technologies and their determination to never hold themselves to a higher standard of conduct, rebranding their abusiveness as a virtue and me as a deserving target.

This article is complete bullshit by the way. There is no such thing as a “Havana Syndrome” that only happens in Cuba by the Cuban government against Americans. I experience “Havana Syndrome” on and off every day in America since early 2024 and it is obviously a byproduct of the ecosystem of industries called out at my “My Objective” page, and I have experienced “Havana Syndrome” all over the planet exclusively in environments where I can be ID’d by “smart” cameras, device and vehicle fingerprinting, etc. It’s utterly completely obvious, the day parts and precursors to my bouts of “Havana Syndrome” are highly predictable, the locations and antecedents I engage in are highly predictable, and it is obviously not the dirty work of an isolated little island nation in the Caribbean (yo, I went to Cuba, I did experience “Havana Syndrome,” but no more and at no less predictable locales than I did in Seattle, Chicago, or constantly here in Portland because it has nothing to do with whose jurisdiction I’m in and everything to do with where I’m alerting these murderers that I’ve arrived at a specific set of GPS coordinates), but rather a decentralized network of tyrants hiding in the private sector whose interest purports to be “mitigating risk” whatever that even means - terrorists, traffickers, launderers, all these hyped up largely fictitious bogeyman and folk devil “trends” they cook up for profit - and the entire industry promotes not only its own ends, ill-gotten money-making, but in fact a very radical Right Wing ideology and world order it wishes to reestablish by any means necessary, even and especially murder.

My life is completely destroyed by surveillance tech, and private-public partnerships weaponizing a police-driven ideology and narrative against me all over the world. The 9/11 attacks gave this industry a path to implementation and normalization of what is a truly radical, destructive paradigm which destroys (and too often ends) lives. I represent millions all over the world whose lives are vulnerable and afflicted by this without recourse or due process.

My aim is spread awareness and share my personal story in hopes of influencing public opinion in a manner which may create more friction against unregulated unbridled surveillance tech abuse, and pressure public and private entities and individuals into ceasing their adoption and abuse of the same technology and “predictive” ideology through which they have operated, without oversight or even the slightest threat of consequence, for most of the past decade.

To be clear, my life is controlled and manipulated by American Police and Feds. They engage local networks of bigots sympathetic to their organizations to harass, stalk, and maliciously report as criminal or “psychotic” activity every single attempt I make to engage in normal activities in public space. So in calling out “police” we’re only scratching the tip of the iceberg as far as understanding how modern surveillance / tracking tech works, down the the level of individual cellular devices belonging to individuals who serve as proxies to cops, feds, and other rogue BS “acronym” agencies who increasingly target dissidents, activists, and powerless populations (homeless, mentally ill, immigrants, religious, sexual, ethnic minorities) under cover of preventing crime & terrorism.

I created this page (finally) after noticing that (a) Google queries are a key measure of how you’re apparently judged all over the world (an indicator of how pathetically shallow we’ve all become) ((especially when you’re already on multiple watchlists and apparently sitting at a desk creepily snooping around random FB profiles constitutes “intelligence work” LOL)) but also (b) anything remotely positive that’s ever appeared about me or in association with me has magically disappeared from Google results, while a host of completely false, negative, malicious slander which reflects a rather powerful and organized smear campaign seems to perpetually dominate the same results. So my hope is that Google doesn’t have grounds for removing my literal name from my own search results. I’m sure they’ll find a way though. My soundcloud profile was recently flagged I believe due to my aggregated links - to digital privacy content - being regarded as “SPAM” or “Phishing” attempts. It’s so interesting how purported “safety” interventions so often amount to suppression! Anyhoo ….. I simply aim to show another side of me, in fact he only side of me, that’s real, even if it’s inaccessible other than via my stupid little laminated handouts distribute to the worst among you when I detect discrimination.

But the Google results are truly meaningless if the surveillance oversight remains unchanged. I continue to be hunted each time I try to do utterly normal things - I am persecuted by all things regulated by fed gov - transportation, healthcare, banking, insurance, utilities, retail, internet service providers, cell service providers, immigration & customs, etc, industries - it’s difficult to describe the extent of this but - let’s just say the sum of this power consolidation equals a life where I have no freedom ever, at any moment, under any circumstance, to do anything you can imagine, surveillance-free.

Don’t be a selfish fascist who uses surveillance capitalism to excuse their own abuse of me. Speak out for me. Get me out of this. It’s long overdue. I’m appalled that I’m still not entirely free after 8 years of trying. Nobody is to blame for this failure of one of its better citizens, other than the United States of America itself. The same United States which precludes me from even attempting to escape its jurisdiction peacefully, instead alerting all receiving countries to a “threat” which is entirely bogus but puts me in great danger each time I disembark. Please, USA, LET ME GO, all I want is to get out, and into a country where the same disinformation you’ve fed them ceases to follow me. I beg you. Clearly most of you don’t want me here, so why persecute me after I’ve voluntarily left? How can you portray yourself to the world as a bastion of freedom and civil rights, yet refuse to allow me to travel freely anywhere on Earth? Just let me go please so you can make room for someone who wants to be here. I’m ready when you are to release me.

Specifically, that means not “sharing” disinformation and “threat” alerts across borders to receiving authorities and private partners every time I pass customs or run my own credit card or log into any account I inevitably have to access as a citizen abroad. Or simply show my face in an AI-surveillance-enhanced district. Not presenting me as a petty thief or drug addict (all lies) to shop owners and their employees via private, borderless watchlists devoid of meaningful oversight or standards.

Not presenting me as an unhinged mentally ill maniac to countries with no preexisting notion of what “mental illness” even is (a fake disease based on a fake "science” which punishes nonconformity disproportionately in predominately Anglo Saxon societies ruled by insecure and overly controlling fascists) - rendering me very vulnerable to worst-case assumptions at local levels, many presuming a threat of violence (hahaha). As to my two cents being the bearer of this stigma - “crazy” is simply a word thrown around by the stupid to simplify what they don’t understand, and the closed-minded to reduce and belittle what they are unwilling to understand. And the abusive to maintain power over their victims.

That also means ceasing to harass and sabotage dissident emigrants seeking refuge in all forms esp. via proxies …… if you’re going to call out China’s paltry little secret “police” stations (https://www.nytimes.com/2023/01/12/world/europe/china-outpost-new-york.html), let’s at least not defraud our domestic public into the belief that America’s “private watchlists” and public homeland security efforts aren’t an exponentially more vast, powerful, and destructive vehicle for similarly motivated vengeance and retribution.
